New MCS Academy training concept

GroƟ-Umstadt, Germany. - Course participants at the Messer Cutting Systems Academy learn how to make optimal use of the innovative and, at the same time, sophisticated technology of Messer machines.

In order to be able to offer this know-how on site at customers’ premises as well, Messer service technicians are trained in accordance with the “Train the Trainer” concept. This new training concept reflects Messer Cutting Systems’ high quality standards and ensures compliance with training guidelines. As “ambassadors” of the academy, the service staff can thus pass on the same in-depth product knowledge throughout Europe.

In-depth product knowledge is necessary for our products and applications to be used efficiently. It is therefore natural for us to pass on the practical knowledge we have gained over decades to our customers and employees. This knowledge transfer takes place in training sessions and seminars or via the Messer Cutting Systems Academy (MCS Academy). The aim of this training provision is to ensure customer satisfaction and live up to our quality standards worldwide.
