Bronze Level

Our basic support Bronze offers Hotline and web support. We will help you with all technical questions and problems regarding all aspects of our products.

Silver Level

Our standard support offer with the performance of the Bronze Level plus access to Updates, Fixes expansions doe all products. With the Support Level Silver you protect your investment in Software for the future and are always at the latest status.

Gold Level

Our premium support package Gold which includes the performance of the Silver Level plus immediate action on any support problems reported for business-critical areas of application plus availability of product specialists within 3 working days for on site assistance plus membership of the MesserSoft Gold Expert Group with workshops and experience sharing programs together with our product specialists.
